Design lives beyond pixels, emerging where user intent meets the mental models people use to navigate systems. When interfaces respect cognitive limits and mirror how brains process information, friction fades and action becomes clear and confident. I treat design as a discipline fusing scientific reasoning, human psychology, and visual craft to solve complex problems by translating behavior, constraints, and goals into intuitive digital experiences that feel effortless.
As a UX designer and AI generalist, I blend research, interaction design, and “vibe coding” to move fast from insight to working product. I’ve built five functional prototypes that explore AI-driven flows and shipped one fully developed app. Startpix (startpix.com) end to end, using rapid prototyping to validate ideas before committing to full development. This hybrid approach lets me test assumptions quickly while keeping technical feasibility and business impact in view.
Across the product lifecycle from problem framing and user research to interaction patterns and delivery. I aim to create systems that are usable, aesthetically refined, and cognitively aligned with the people who rely on them. My work pairs evidence-based design with AI tooling to reduce ambiguity, accelerate iteration, and deliver experiences that help users act with clarity and confidence. Startpix (startpix.com) stands as a live example of this practice in production.

Strategic user research
Planning and running research that locates user needs, behaviours, and pain points - then translating findings into decisions a product team can act on rather than a report they file.
Interaction design
Designing flows and system behaviour so the interface matches how people expect it to work, with particular attention to state, feedback, and error recovery.
Usability analysis
Formative and summative testing in lab and remote settings, using the System Usability Scale and Likert instruments to produce comparable, defensible measurement.
Visual design
Turning concepts into visually coherent interfaces - type, spacing, and colour systems that hold together across a product rather than screen by screen.
