Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 15 September 2026
Template notice. These terms are a good-faith starting point for a platform of this type. They are not legal advice. Have them reviewed by a qualified practitioner and complete the governing-law and contact details before publishing this site publicly.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Stratpix you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live if that is higher. In India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 treats anyone under 18 as a child, so users in India must be 18 or have the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity under your account.
- Keep your credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, without refund where a paid tier exists.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content except through any interface we expressly provide.
- Submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing material.
- Upload malware, attempt to breach our security, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without written permission.
- Use the platform to promote a product you have an undisclosed commercial interest in.
- Impersonate another person, or misrepresent your professional credentials or affiliation.
- Interfere with the service’s operation or place unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
4. Community contributions
You retain ownership of everything you submit. By submitting a tool, process, or tutorial you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to review, edit for style and accuracy, publish, and distribute that contribution on the platform, with attribution to the credit you provide.
You confirm that each contribution:
- Is your own work, or work you have the right to submit.
- Does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property, confidentiality, or privacy rights, and does not include personal data about another person that you have no lawful basis to share with us.
- Does not disclose client-confidential information or anything covered by an NDA.
- Discloses any commercial relationship you have with a tool or vendor you name.
All submissions pass through editorial review. We may reject, edit, or later remove any contribution at our discretion, and we are not obliged to publish anything you submit.
5. AI-generated output
Parts of this platform generate content using AI models. That output can beincomplete, outdated, or plainly wrong, and it is provided to support your judgement, not to replace it.
- Verify every AI-generated recommendation before relying on it in professional work.
- Do not enter client-confidential or personal data into AI-backed fields.
- We make no warranty as to the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI output, and accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of it.
6. Third-party tools and links
The platform describes and links to third-party tools, tutorials, social accounts, and design standards. We do not control those services, we are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing, or data practices, and inclusion is not an endorsement.
We hold no affiliate or paid relationship with any tool or account listed. Pricing tiers, free-tier limits, and client-safety notes reflect our understanding at the time of writing and change without notice - verify them directly with the provider before committing a project to any tool.
7. Intellectual property
The platform’s design, code, editorial content, and compilation of the directories are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and related rights. You may read, reference, and cite the content with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions, or create a competing directory from our compilation, without written permission.
Third-party names, logos, and trade marks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. No professional advice
Content on this platform is general information about design practice. It is not legal, regulatory, accessibility-compliance, financial, or professional advice. Accessibility and data-protection obligations in particular depend on your jurisdiction and sector - take qualified advice for your own project rather than relying on the guidance here.
9. Availability
We provide the platform on an “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Where practical, we will give notice before removing a significant feature.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where you deal with us as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, or content you submit that infringes a third party’s rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the platform and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where you materially breach these terms, where required by law, or where continued access poses a security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination - intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnity - will do so.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the platform operator is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.Complete this clause with your actual jurisdiction before publishing. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The ”last updated” date above reflects the current version, and we will give notice on the site before material changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date means you accept the revised terms.
